The 2023 Annual General Meeting for the Charity will be held at the Club in the Upstairs Hall at 8.00pm on Monday 3rd July.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

7.30pm – Registration commences, please ensure you register at the desk so your attendance can be logged, and your membership confirmed for voting purposes
8.00pm – The AGM commences

Who do we need?
Enthusiastic individuals with the skills and experience to be part of the team that runs the Club and sets its strategic direction.
What skills and experience are needed?
We are looking for a range of skills, including:
Project Management
Fund Raising
IT, Data & Infrastructure
Marketing & Advertising
Engineering/Architecture
Finance & Administration.
This list is not exhaustive – what’s really important is having a can-do attitude and getting enthusiastic people on board who are willing to roll up their sleeves and always work with the good of the Club in mind.
In particular we’re seeking:
A qualified accountant who can take over the role of Treasurer by the end of this year, after a period of working with our existing Trustee / Treasurer to ensure a smooth succession.
An experienced IT manager who can oversee the Club’s IT infrastructure and software management, including contracts with third parties.
What next?
Candidates should submit a CV (including details of key achievements and responsibilities) along with a covering letter which addresses the competencies outlined in the role description and person specification.
