RutsFest is the Old Rutlishians’ Association’s annual early summer music festival. It’s an extremely popular family event in Merton Park and a great way to spend one of the days of your holiday weekend.
This year, 16 live bands and two stages will be playing great music from 12:00pm until late. An all-day special RutsFest BBQ will be cooking up some great treats and the Real Ale Tent will be serving up its usual staple of excellent draught ales.
Bouncy castles and face-painting is always popular with the kids. It’s always great fun and an excellent way to meet people from your local community.
We are also delighted to be able to support Dons local action group who will be hosting their family fun day before Rutsfest at Poplar road so even more reasons to make a day of it.

Attended the Ruts Fest for the first time yesterday. Brilliant bands,atmosphere, friendly and superb organisation. The food was first rate served with a smile throughout and all reasonably priced no exploitation. Great attention played to keeping the children entertained. A fun family day cannot wait til next year. We’ll done the Ruts.
