The recent Annual General Meeting held at the Club on 26th April 2019 endorsed a proposal from the Executive Committee to proceed with plans to change the Club’s structure to incorporate and seek status as a charity.

From Monday 17th June members will receive an email or letter about these changes. The letter outlines the changes and provides answers to some anticipated questions. If any member has further questions then please follow the instructions in the letter to ensure you get a reply.

An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 25th July @ 19:30, that all members are encouraged to attend, where they will be asked to approve the changes.
