The 2021 Annual General Meeting for the Charity will be held at the Club in the Upstairs Hall at 8.00pm on Friday 9th July.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend, though spaces are limited.

If you can’t attend but would like to cast your vote by proxy, there are 2 ways to do this. Either

Who do we need?
Enthusiastic individuals with the skills and experience to be part of the team that runs the Club and sets its strategic direction.
What skills and experience are needed?
We are looking for a range of skills, including:
Project Management
Fund Raising
IT, Data & Infrastructure
Marketing & Advertising
Engineering/Architecture
Finance & Administration.
This list is not exhaustive – what’s really important is having a can-do attitude and getting enthusiastic people on board who are willing to roll up their sleeves and always work with the good of the Club in mind.
In particular we’re seeking:
A qualified accountant who can take over the role of Treasurer by the end of this year, after a period of working with our existing Trustee / Treasurer to ensure a smooth succession.
An experienced IT manager who can oversee the Club’s IT infrastructure and software management, including contracts with third parties.

Candidates should submit a CV (including details of key achievements and responsibilities) along with a covering letter which addresses the competencies outlined in the role description and person specification. Continue reading “Trustee Vacancy”The Club will be re-opening the bar for outside service only from Friday 10th. To ensure we follow government guidelines and keep staff and customers safe there will be a number of changes that you will need to follow.
We are taking our responsibilities seriously and have no choice but to implement these practices if we wish to re-open safely for our staff and members. Please remember this is all new to us too and respect the requests of staff and volunteers as we work through this new way of working together.
